Screen Sensation Design Team

As they say as one door closes another one opens.

I am very pleased to say that Screen sensation on Create and Craft

have offered me a design team position.

This is a fab piece of technology for any crafter but especially for anyone wishing to make their own fabrics.

Here are my first makes for Screen Sensation that was aired on create and craft on

27th March 2017 using their new screens

The Tote bag above was made using the stripe screen, and two inks.

Above are a selection of makes on fabric, cards, polymer clay, slate and  leather.
The world is your oyster when it comes to the screen sensation.
I used stripe, tangle, dog and cat screens for the samples above.

Design team

Was a sad day for me

It was my last day as an Inspirer design team member for Crafters Companion.

Crafters Companion have re looked at how they run some of their design teams.

The Inspirers had been centred around social media advertisement and they are now looking at new ways of advertising their products so unfortunately the Inspirers has had to be fazed out.

I was fortunate to work on this team for 12 months, I met some very talented ladies and enjoyed
being part of this talented team.

Here are my two last makes on behalf on Crafters Companion using the
Sara signature Shabby Chic collection.
 

I just love all the vintage hues in this collection.

What to create /make with the little ones

I used  Summer theme and Winter theme and brights  Button packs from crafters comapnion,

sheena douglass A little bit sketchy create, rubber stamp set,

Button Art, Button Jewellery is fab to do with children

just look at these bright colours.

Ipad cover

Handmade fabric which I used block printing, lace and fabric paint to create.

I wanted to make something a little different so came up with this ipad cover.
